These Terms of Service govern your use of blindwarm.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from BlindWarm ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Online Store

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to place an order. You agree not to use our products or the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products and Pricing

We do our best to display product details, colors and images accurately, but we can't guarantee that your screen shows them exactly. Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that contain pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll refund you in full.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information.

4. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are described in our Refund Policy, which includes our 30-day money-back guarantee.

5. Product Use and Safety

BlindWarm is a heated seat. Follow the included instructions, do not use it while sleeping, keep it away from open flames, do not submerge it in water, do not use it for infants or anyone who cannot sense heat, and stop using it if the product or cable is damaged.

6. Optional Add-ons

Shipping Protection covers your order against loss, theft or damage in transit; if this happens, contact us and we'll replace or refund the order. Extended Warranty covers manufacturing defects beyond our standard 30-day guarantee for the period stated at purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and graphics, belongs to BlindWarm or its licensors and may not be used without our permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlindWarm is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the Site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
